Fourth beta: fewer and better warnings, and possible production sources for goods an island needs but does not produce. Testers: please download the new tabularium117.exe - the app does not update itself. Details in CHANGELOG.md.

Third beta: a clearer status bar and efficiency view, and a ready-made Grafana dashboard for the metrics.

Already testing? Download the new tabularium117.exe below and replace the old one – Tabularium 117 does not update itself.

Added

  • Grafana dashboard for the optional Prometheus metrics: docs/grafana/tabularium117.json – connection, current deficits, balance and efficiency over time, and every good at a glance. Import in Grafana 10 or newer; tested with 13.2.

Changed

  • Status bar: connection and time since the last message stay visible; source, session, protocol and connection errors are under "Details". A replay no longer looks like a lost connection.
  • Efficiency view: rows say directly when buildings are "not producing", when there are "no buildings", or when the game reports "no potential". The longer explanations are behind "How these numbers work".
  • The README screenshots now come from a running game.

Fixed

  • The Grafana dashboard no longer resets its session, island and good selection when the time range changes or the page refreshes itself.

Known limitations

  • If a save was loaded shortly before Tabularium 117 connects, the first update can be empty; the app then shows "waiting for the first statistics tick" for up to two minutes.
  • Other limitations are unchanged from 0.1.0-beta.1 – see CHANGELOG.md. The exe is not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen warns on the first start.

Verify the download: compare the SHA-256 of tabularium117.exe with SHA256SUMS.

Second beta: the Steam launch option explained in the app, and optional metrics for Prometheus and Grafana.

Added

  • Prometheus metrics (optional, experimental): GET /metrics serves the live state in the Prometheus text format – connection, islands, and production, consumption, balance, potential and building count per good and island. Loopback only, so Prometheus has to run on the same Windows PC. Normal use needs neither Prometheus nor Grafana. Setup: README, "Prometheus and Grafana".

Changed

  • The in-app help explains the /pipe launch option for Steam as well as Ubisoft Connect.
  • Should the game ever list a good twice in one message, every view keeps the later entry (never observed).

Fixed

  • With --serve-after-replay, the status bar no longer keeps saying "replaying" after the recording has ended.

Known limitations

Unchanged from 0.1.0-beta.1 – see CHANGELOG.md. The exe is not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen warns on the first start.

Verify the download: compare the SHA-256 of tabularium117.exe with SHA256SUMS.

First beta of Tabularium 117 – a free second-screen companion for Anno 117.

Install: download tabularium117.exe and check it against SHA256SUMS:
Get-FileHash .\tabularium117.exe -Algorithm SHA256
The build is not code-signed, so Windows SmartScreen warns on first start:
More info → Run anyway. Start Anno 117 with the /pipe launch argument.

What's in it: live island overview with deficit and warning filters,
history per good, efficiency view, rule-based warnings, phone mode (QR code,
private network only), German and English.

Reproducible: make build at this tag produces a byte-identical file –
same SHA-256 as above.

Beta testers: please read docs/beta.md and report as GitHub issues.
