First public prerelease of the Samsarix-branded local-first campaign operations CLI and Python library.

This release includes canonical CSV-to-plan import, deterministic multi-platform QA and exports, source-bound feedback and approvals, exact-media handoffs, readiness reports, and publication reconciliation. It also closes all seven findings from the pre-release repository security scan before distribution, including Windows junction/reparse-point containment, publication object validation, terminal-safe diagnostics, exact-media handle containment, and bounded parser allocation.

Verified on Python 3.10 and 3.13 in GitHub Actions. Local Python 3.11 verification passed 456 tests at 92.93% branch coverage and an isolated installed-wheel journey. See SHA256SUMS.txt for exact artifact digests.

PyPI publication is not included in this release because no project credentials or trusted publisher are configured; install the attached wheel directly while the project remains alpha.
