Added

  • suspectedPaddingGarbage() function for sections.
    • Returns a list of suspected data that may be garbage padding generated by
      the linker instead of the typical zeroes padding.

Changed

  • Allow functions with only 1 instruction.
  • Improve function start finding a little bit.
  • Avoid considering linking branch instructions as plain branches.
  • Emit ASM_DATA_LABEL for symbols of known types.
    • Allows using ASM_DATA_LABEL on data symbols that happen to be on the text
      section.

Fixed

  • Fix some edge cases on the rodata migration, where some rodata symbols would
    be both migrated to a function and generated on its own.
  • csv file format fixes:
    • Avoid keeping spaces between the end of the line and the # comment sign.
    • Account for RSP indicator in csv offsets.
    • Skip creating sections for .dummy segments in FileSplits.
