Refresh application dism-gui and fix some troubles

Hi,

Qdir is upgraded to 1.46
new dism-gui light version for powershell is used (capture and restore wim image, capture and restore Ffu image)
fix version of adk when it not be installed on environment
check application with vmware player 17, hyper-v and virtualbox
add diskpart on tools menu
fix some bugs
