To run this project, you will need:
- JDK 8 or later
- Apache Tomcat 9 or later
- MySQL Server
- Any IDE (Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA, or NetBeans)
- Clone the repository:
git clone https://github.com/Deepakg-code/ServletProject_Student-Management-System.git cd ServletProject_Student-Management-System - Setup MySQL Database:
- Create a database in MySQL.
- Import the provided SQL script (
database.sql). - Update database credentials in
dbConfig.java.
- Deploy on Tomcat:
- Open the project in an IDE.
- Build and deploy it on an Apache Tomcat server.
- Start the MySQL server.
- Deploy the project on Tomcat.
- Open the application in a browser at:
http://localhost:8080/StudentManagementSystem
