Welcome to Edge-Drop v0.2.0. This update introduces seamless silent background auto-updates, direct one-click web link launching, a dedicated Pinned items deck, interactive setting controls, and live release notes synchronization.

1. Automatic Background Updates

• Silent Background Download: New updates now download silently in the background while you work. When ready, simply click Restart to Update inside Settings to apply the newest version instantly.
• Microsoft Store Isolation: Isolated update pipelines ensure Microsoft Store packages remain compliant with store guidelines without integrated update mechanisms.

2. Direct URL Detection & Web Link Launcher

• One-Click Web Launching: Items containing web links now feature a direct link button on clipboard cards and preview flyouts.
• Default Browser Opening: Clicking the link button opens the URL directly in your default web browser without needing to copy and paste manually.

3. Pinned Deck Container & Setting Controls

• Dedicated Pinned Items Deck: Pinned clipboard items are now encapsulated inside their own dedicated container at the top of the shelf, keeping pinned content separated from recent history.
• Tactile Switch Controls: Upgraded setting toggle switches across the application with responsive motion controls and distinct dark and light contrast styling.

4. Live Release Notes Timeline & Display Precision

• Live Release Notes Sync: The What's New view inside Settings now connects directly to release updates, allowing you to view recent feature additions anytime.
• Display Scale Precision: Improved display hardware detection across all high-resolution Windows screens and custom display scale factors.

Installation Instructions

1. Download Edge-Drop-Setup-0.2.0.exe from the Assets section below.
2. Run Edge-Drop-Setup-0.2.0.exe to install or upgrade.
3. The app will launch silently in the background. Move your mouse cursor to your configured screen edge to slide open the clipboard shelf!
