Improve first interaction workflow

Requirements

• Welcome screen. When user open the app first time, the welcome screen must be shown. The welcome screen must be used to introduce user into the app features and configure the app. For example user must be able to select language and theme/color scheme
• Let user to configure advanced encryption parameters. Let user to choose the key derivation algorithm parameters
• Guide notes Guide notes #134 - the first vault must have the guide notes (optional, nice to have feature)

Ensure the default config are good enough. Check for confirmation dialogues settings, encryption parameters, etc
