Public build cleanup + site export polish.

Developer/diagnostic slash commands removed from the public build (dump, dumpspec, dumpstats, dumpentries). Regular play only needs the armory + relay; these were internal tools (and dumpentries could build a large SavedVariable). Gameplay unchanged.
Talent-map export now includes spell descriptions (for coalogs.com tooltips).

Builds on v0.3.4's CoA talent support (capture + in-game tree). Install: extract ConLogs-CoA/ into Interface/AddOns/.
