Per-character scaled item stats.

CoA scales item stats to the wearer's level, so the same item has different stats on a low- vs high-level character. Scans now relay each equipped slot's scaled stats keyed to the character (new wire field), instead of funnelling them into the shared item cache — so the armory shows the character you're viewing, not whoever scanned an item last. Additive; no gameplay or performance impact.
