How to "install":

  1. Download the game for your OS.
  2. For most players, this would be "PSI Game (Windows)".
  3. Extract the ZIP file.
  4. Open any of the 2 versions of the game (Static or Dynamic).
  5. Open PSI.exe (or PSI.x86_64 on Linux)

Windows Security

Windows Security sometimes falsely flags this game as dangerous​ -- IT IS NOT.
This appears because the game is not signed (which I believe costs money) and is completely unrecognized since it's the first time Microsoft has seen it. Needless to say, it's completely harmless.
