Repo Creator 1.4.3 — UI Consistency & Polish

Version 1.4.3 refines Repo Creator's layouts, controls and previews while preserving its familiar appearance.

What's New

  • More balanced layouts — Improved navigation, workspace proportions and spacing across project creation, projects, presets and settings.
  • Clearer interactions — Consistent control sizing, icon alignment, hover and keyboard focus states, with subtle transitions that respect reduced motion.
  • Better file previews — More readable generated content and an expanded preview dialog, including in smaller windows.
  • Refined configuration screens — Clearer expandable sections, more compact AI settings, wrapping technology selections and subtler scrollbars.
  • Readable update notes — Formatted Markdown release notes with safely handled links, plus an application version display that stays consistent with Settings.

Installation

Download the Windows x64 or matching macOS package under Assets. See SHA256SUMS.txt for download checksums.

Installed v1.4.1 and v1.4.2 copies can receive this beta through Settings → Updates → Beta after publication. Users of v1.4.0 and earlier must upgrade manually. Windows portable ZIP copies require manual replacement; extract the entire archive before opening the app. On macOS, move the application out of the DMG before using updates.

Known limitations:

  • Windows installers remain unsigned at the operating-system level. Cryptographic updater signatures do not provide operating-system code signing.
  • macOS builds are ad-hoc signed and not notarized; physical Mac launch and installation remain unverified.
  • End-to-end update installation and restart remain unverified for this release.
