Install this IPA with altstore classic:

  1. Install AltServer: https://faq.altstore.io/altstore-classic/how-to-install-altstore-macos
  2. Download the .ipa from below
  3. Click the AltServer icon in the menu bar
  4. Hold down OPTION and go to sideload .ipa
  5. Select your phone
  6. Select the .ipa
  7. Enter your Apple ID for AltServer

OR Sideload the IPA file with another service.
