Pingless 1.1.1

Fixes for users coming from OpenLag 1.0:

• Switching the mode (Only selected / All except selected) or editing groups now closes the TCP connections of programs that no longer qualify. Before, connections already in the tunnel stayed there until they closed (browsers, launchers and chats keep them for hours), so it looked as if both modes worked at once.
• A leftover OpenLag copy and its logon task are closed when Pingless starts.

OpenLag-Setup-1.1.1.exe is the same installer, for the auto-updater of OpenLag 1.0.
