Delphi Project Handoff 0.8.0.5 experimental

Delphi Project Handoff 0.8.0.5 is experimental software, not a production release.

The empty Handoff dossier now opens as a formatted HTML introduction. Opening a saved project replaces it with the actual source-backed HTML dossier before the preparation panel closes. Saved SQLite projects left with an interrupted rollback journal can recover during the initial project-root lookup instead of failing with "attempt to write a readonly database".

Validation: 203 native learning/UI checks passed, including a full saved-project open on a disposable VCL2FMXConverter capture (8.08 seconds in this test environment); storage crash-journal regression passed; Win32 and Win64 Debug/Release compiled; both packaged Release executables started; archive checksums passed. The original owner database was not changed during testing.

Download the Windows ZIP to run DPH or the source ZIP for editable RAD Studio files. The Windows package includes Win32 and Win64 builds, help, guides, 35 offline interface language packs, and the experimental offline German project-text model. Keep all extracted files together.
