Delphi Project Handoff 0.8.0.8 experimental

DPH 0.8.0.8 keeps project preparation visible in a separate, centered progress window with a changing stage, progress bar, and percentage. Temporary captures now have a Save project button; the existing Save, Discard, or Cancel choice still appears when closing or changing projects. The new controls use the bundled offline interface language packs.

The Windows ZIP contains Win32 and Win64 executables. The source ZIP contains the editable FMX forms, source, and build inputs. Keep each extracted package together. These are experimental builds, not a production 1.0 release.

Validation: all four Win32/Win64 Debug and Release builds completed; 197 native learning and UI checks passed; all 35 offline language packs loaded; both extracted Release executables started; both ZIPs passed archive verification. Large-project loading may still take over a minute. A several-second shutdown was not reproduced in the fixture test, so this release does not claim a shutdown speed improvement.
