Bump mudlet-map-diff to 1.4.0 (v14)

1.4.0 stops reporting map changes nobody made: label pixMaps are compared
by decoded pixels rather than bytes (Qt re-encodes every label's PNG on a
Mudlet upgrade), coordinate tuples compare positionally again, and the
underlying binary reader normalises a map the way Mudlet does on load.

On two real Arkadia revisions the report goes from 823 rooms + 43 labels
to 73 rooms + 1 label — everything dropped was an upgrade artifact.
