Bump mudlet-map-diff to 1.5.0 (v15)

Special-exit edits are reported once, as mSpecialExits."<command>", instead
of also being restated in the on-disk rawSpecialExits form where the lock
flag reads as part of the command. Lock changes now name the command
rather than a destination room id.
