Update the status banner from v1.9.1 to the 2.0.0 module-first release and link the migration guide. The install snippets already carry 2.0.0 from the release commit.

The GA is out; the README status banner still said

Doc-only; the migration-guide link resolves to an existing file. (Follow-up: the README body still carries the v1.9 "navigable" narrative — a fuller 2.0 rewrite is out of scope here.)
