Unified-Memory GPU Support (DGX Spark / GH200)

• Detects unified-memory architecture (memory_is_shared) and uses known-specs lookup for theoretical bandwidth since NVML cannot report mem clock or bus width
• Shows memory type: LPDDR5X (Unified), LPDDR5 (Unified), etc.
• Displays peak 273 GB/s (no HW counter) instead of misleading 0 GB/s
• Known specs: GB10 (273 GB/s), GH200 (546 GB/s), Orin (204.8 GB/s), Xavier (136.5 GB/s)
