This beta adds app listing, rebuilding existing apps, and terminal formatting.

Use deplexo link --app <app-uuid> once to omit --app in that directory. deploy rebuilds the app from its recorded source and returns the new deployment ID. It does not wait for completion. The public API calls this operation restart; it is a rebuild, not a process-only restart. Local directory and ZIP uploads remain unavailable in the CLI.

Sign in again with deplexo auth login to grant app:restart if your saved session lacks that scope. API keys need app:read for listing and app:restart for rebuilding.

App lists and deployment history now have aligned columns. Details use labeled fields, status text is colored, and help groups related commands. Narrow terminals use stacked fields. Colors are automatic on terminals; --color never, nonempty NO_COLOR, or TERM=dumb disables them. --color always requests colors explicitly. JSON, completion scripts, and log contents keep their existing formatting.

Downloads cover Linux, macOS, and Windows on x64 (amd64) and ARM64, with SHA-256 checksums and GitHub build provenance. Installers verify the checksums. The default installer channel remains stable; beta installs require an explicit version.

Validation includes public API contract fixtures, permission and ambiguous-outcome tests, Unicode table alignment, terminal escape handling, JSON/completion preservation, real-terminal color checks, build, vet, race, lint, and vulnerability checks. Linux ARM64 packaged execution and the public installer are verified before delivery.

Native testing remains incomplete for Linux x64, macOS, and Windows, including PowerShell installer execution and Windows console colors. These targets are cross-compiled. Stable and release-candidate releases still require all six native platform checks.
