Four-Player Online
0.0.4 introduces the first public four-player direction for Silent Hill: United.
Rooms can now be set to 2, 3, or 4 players, and each player can choose from Harry, Lisa, Cybil, or Doctor before the match starts. The room now makes it clearer who is present, which characters are taken, and which choices are still available.
Combat And Sync
Enemies should now treat P1, P2, P3, and P4 more consistently. Any player can trigger encounters, fight enemies, damage them, kill them, be damaged, and die.
Remote combat feedback has also been improved, including gunfire sounds, damage reactions, aiming recovery, enemy ownership recovery, and flashlight behavior in larger sessions.
Important
Silent Hill: United is still experimental, especially with larger online sessions, but this release should be a major step forward for clarity and multiplayer stability.
This release does not include any original Silent Hill files, ROMs, ISOs, disc images, or copyrighted game data.

Second public update for Silent Hill: United.
This update focuses on making online play clearer, smoother, and more reliable after the first public launch. It improves the multiplayer flow, strengthens co-op stability, and adds a new HARD+ layout variant for players who want a more dangerous replay of Old Silent Hill and Midwich.
Silent Hill: United is still experimental and still being developed by one person, so crashes, desyncs, server issues, and unexpected behavior may still happen. Reports and feedback are extremely valuable, especially now that the game is being tested under real multiplayer conditions.
Included
- Room-based online play with clearer session states
- Better official server matchmaking and join handling
- Improved version checks before joining another player

Examples:
- Midwich can now surprise players with new threats like a Stalker on 2F.
- The Otherworld school adds more airborne danger with extra Night Flutters.
