FireModes - Bug Fixes

This important updates fixes a bug that was emptying some guns' magazine (specifically those that took more than 2 seconds to reload)
this update might introduce a new bug that empties guns that take less than 2 seconds to reload (🤡 )

Also added new configuration settings to specify for each gun which fire modes to enable and the fire rate for the burst mode
