NeonCollate v2.0.0 bugfix

Faster patches than Drake's return diss tracks.

Fixed an issue that caused the text on buttons to disappear.

Still not properly tested by a game profile that hasn't unlocked the ability to replay sidequests. Would probably just give them early access to that.

NeonCollate 2 before GTA 6??

Moderately tested, and to reiterate, completely untested for any profile that has not reached 100% completion.

If you haven't 100% completion it probably won't be problematic, as the mod is primarily UI-based, but any testing would be appreciated!
