• Add the Agent Team control plane to Agent Manager, including live team-run status, approvals, handoffs, blackboard entries, and per-member cancel/open-session actions.
• Add configurable VCP Agent Team orchestration with role-aware members, ownership hints, wave strategies, and shared prompt context between member runs.

Patch Changes

• Fix team approval, cancel-run, and cancel-member actions so coordinator updates are awaited and reliably propagate back into the UI state.
• Normalize the new Agent Team control-plane strings across all shipped locales and preserve stopped team-member state so cancelled members render correctly.
