Green Launcher 0.18.1

Profile selection is more compact, and game windows now start at a practical size.

• Replaced large profile cards with compact tiles showing the configured icon and the profile name underneath.
• Profile cards open management with one click. The options button appears on hover or keyboard focus; drag sorting remains available.
• Removed profile pinning, the Edit Cover context-menu action, and RAM/window details from profile selection. The home selector and dropdown show profile icons and names.
• Profile package drag-and-drop now uses a full application backdrop with dimming and soft blur.
• Changed the default game window to a normal size and fitted older monitor-sized windows to the desktop, while preserving saved dimensions and the fullscreen launch preference.
• Updated the built-in changelog in Turkish, English, German, French, Russian and Polish.
