Release v0.6 — Deck management overhaul

Full deck editing: submenu with Add Cards, View Deck Cards, Copy Code,
Delete. Battlefield-style card inspection (Left/Right navigate, Down
drills into cost/power/ability). Delete flow reworked to use game's
native confirm dialog. Fixed DeckBuilderHandler detection and priority.
Version bumped to 0.6.
