First preview release of LibIRD.
LibIRD is now capable of building valid IRDs, however these are not guaranteed to always be valid, and the reproducibility is likely to change before 1.0.0.
Testing, optimisation, and refactoring are all needed before 1.0.0, and dependencies (such as zlib implementation) maybe change.
