Summary

Let maintainers add or edit hackathon entries directly, outside the submission/scraper pipeline.

Contexts

Simple admin-only flow for one-off manual additions.

Tasks

• Admin form to add a hackathon directly
• Admin form to edit an existing entry

Acceptance Criteria

• Only maintainers can access this flow
• Manually added entries behave the same as approved submissions
