The core map view: pins for offline hackathons, a separate layer for online ones.

Needs to handle mobile touch/pinch zoom and dense pin clusters well.

• World map with pins for offline hackathons
• Separate toggleable layer for online/virtual hackathons
• Pin popup: name, date, location, platform badge, prize pool if available, registration link
• Pin clustering for dense areas

Acceptance Criteria

• Map renders correctly on both web and mobile
• Touch and pinch zoom work smoothly on mobile
• Clusters expand correctly when zoomed in
• Tests added
