Add exact portfolio thumbnails and internal project READMEs

What changed

• Replaced generic Unsplash project placeholders with exact GitHub repository Open Graph thumbnails while preserving genuine admin uploads.
• Replaced seeded certificate stock photos with deterministic certificate artwork containing the exact title, issuer, and date while preserving genuine uploaded certificate scans.
• Added an internal, cached GitHub README API restricted to valid repository URLs.
• Added a fully styled GFM README renderer to each internal project details page, including relative image and link resolution.
• Updated future GitHub imports to save repository-specific thumbnails.
• Updated project social metadata to use the resolved project thumbnail.
• Applied the compatible Next.js 15.5.22 security patch and pinned the Markdown dependencies.

Why

Project and certificate cards were displaying generic photos unrelated to the actual records, and project detail pages only showed the short database summary. Visitors can now recognize the exact project/certificate and read repository documentation without leaving the portfolio.

• Verified the README endpoint returns the full 13,225-character Portfolio README.
• Verified relative README asset bases resolve to the repository's raw and source URLs.
• Verified the exact repository thumbnail returns HTTP 200 as PNG.
• Verified non-GitHub repository input is rejected with HTTP 400.
• Verified Supabase contains eight GitHub projects and eight certificate placeholder images covered by the new resolver.
