Maiboli v0.4.1 — floating mic button

New: floating mic button 🎤 — a small always-on-top bubble you can drag anywhere on screen. Click it to start/stop dictation (it pulses red while recording); it never steals focus, so the text still lands wherever your cursor is. Its position is remembered, and you can hide/show it from the tray menu (Floating mic button).

Important fix: the v0.4.0 Windows installer was accidentally built for ARM64 and won't run on normal PCs — use this version's Maiboli Setup 0.4.1.exe (x64) instead.
