Fixes the floating mic bubble disappearing on Windows when its remembered position is no longer on any screen (monitor unplugged, resolution change).

  • The bubble now pulls itself back on-screen automatically, including when displays change while the app runs.
  • New tray menu item: Reset floating button position.
