Jiro Search 0.1.2 (jirosearch)

jirosearch 0.1.2 — fixes the reported pip install jirosearch failure and the
jiro --version string.

Changes since 0.1.1:

• Distribution name confirmed live on PyPI as jirosearch (pip install jirosearch).
• jiro.__version__ now reads from the installed distribution metadata, so
  jiro --version reports the real release (0.1.2).
• README install command + PyPI badge updated to jirosearch.

Install:

pip install jirosearch
jiro --version   # -> jiro 0.1.2
