• WinError 32 Update Fix: pip install no longer fails when jiro.exe is running. The updater now force-kills jiro.exe before installation and retries with exponential backoff (up to 5 attempts).
• Auto-Heal Update: Added heal_pip_install() and _kill_jiro_exe() to self_healing.py for automatic file-lock recovery.

• Windows .bat updater now runs taskkill /F /IM jiro.exe before pip install
• Added retry loop with exponential backoff in .bat updater script
• Non-Windows update path uses heal_pip_install() with auto-heal retry
