• Size-Based Batching: Session uploads now use intelligent size-based batching (~400KB per batch) instead of fixed 100-session batches
• Prevents "payload too large" errors when sessions contain large message summaries (e.g., pasted logs, long conversations)
• Large sessions automatically get their own batch while small sessions are grouped together efficiently
