Complete rewrite in Svelte for better performance and smaller bundle size, and more reliability.

Installation instructions:

• Download the .zip file and extract it to a folder
• Open Chrome and go to chrome://extensions
• Enable Developer mode using the toggle switch in the top right corner if developer mode is not enabled already
• Click "Load unpacked" and select the folder where you extracted the zip contents
• Create a new tab, the new tab page should be changed.
