Binary Clock

I've added a binary clock to all headers of all pages. The clock displays the current time in both digital and binary formats.
The binary clock consists of three columns representing hours, minutes, and seconds, with each column containing six bits.
The top section of the clock shows the digital time and date for easy reference.

Resource Monitor

The home page now features a resource monitor card that displays real-time CPU usage with a smooth graph.
Later more data values like ram and gpu usage will be added.
