First public release of The Warren, under the DevDudeJeremy organization.

Included

• 23 skills, 29 /warren:* commands, 5 model-routed agents (skelp / snib / kithe / deem, plus the thole autonomous loop), plugin hooks, and the reference contracts the skills cite.
• Composes with superpowers, frontend-design, code-simplifier, and several MCP servers when installed; falls back to in-plugin equivalents when they aren't. Full attribution in CREDITS.md.

Changed for the public release

• Agents renamed to collision-free working-words (verified against GitHub / npm / PyPI / crates / Claude Code marketplaces): imp → skelp, warden → snib, seer → kithe, elder → deem, goblin → thole.
• Personal paths genericized — the lessons-hub default is now ~/.warren/lessons (override with WARREN_LESSONS_ROOT); fail-open when absent.
• README reframed to product voice; the thole autonomous loop carries an explicit optional / opt-in "what to expect" disclosure.

Removed

• The recall skill — it depended on a personal AnythingLLM backend and was not useful outside the author's own setup.

Known fast-follows (tracked, not blocking)

• The thole loop ships with strong disclosure plus mandatory budget + iteration pre-flight guards. Fuller mechanical opt-in enforcement (a per-project enable file, dry-run default, filesystem/spend ceilings enforced in code with a dedicated test suite) is planned.
• A clean-container cold-install CI smoke test is planned.
• perf-boost ships from a separate private repository and is intentionally absent here.

Lineage

Developed privately, then published fresh — this repository starts from a clean history with no prior commits. MIT © DevDudeJeremy LLC.
