Updates the Norwegian Bokmål (nb) localization messages in DevExtreme to replace remaining English strings and refine existing translations for various UI components and ARIA labels.
Changes:
- Replaces multiple untranslated (English) message values with Norwegian Bokmål equivalents.
- Updates wording for validation, DataGrid/TreeList, Scheduler, Chat, FileManager, Diagram, Gantt, and HtmlEditor strings (including ARIA labels).
- Minor cleanup of message text formatting (for example, removing unintended leading whitespace).
