AI API Gateway Platform - 将 AI 订阅配额分发和管理

  • 同步精确上游 v0.2.17，保留 DevKu Desktop、BI、账目管理、API Key 限额、品牌和发布配置。
  • 新增 Gemini 4 Argon 模型目录与计费，兼容入口转发思考档位并流式返回思考摘要；保留 Antigravity 工具图片、functionCall 和 thoughtSignature，改进 Vertex 服务账号失效与共享容量重试处理。
  • Responses 对象补齐 created_at，修复部分客户端反序列化失败；协议转换输出下限可通过 gateway.min_output_tokens 配置，默认 128、最小 16。
  • OpenAI ChatGPT OAuth / SetupToken 账号不再调度已退役的 GPT-5.5 目标，模型目录同步过滤；API Key 账号不受此退役限制。显式指向受支持替代模型的映射继续生效。
  • Codex 导入按 workspace 隔离账号；Anthropic 转发遵循协议 base URL；OpenAI API Key 账号可在 /v1/messages 使用 web-search emulation；拒绝包含 OpenAI OAuth 的 composite 歧义路由。
  • EasyPay 支付通知核验后才入账，退款结果待定时保留扣减；Stripe 恢复支付使用本地 client-secret 快照，修正 GLM Coding Plan 用量窗口。
  • Desktop 对话详情支持经过清理的 Markdown，保留原始 HTML 为文本，支持代码块和可滚动表格；整理开发、部署和模块文档。

升级提示：核对客户端默认模型与 compact 专用映射；系统不会自动替换 GPT-5.5 配置。详见 docs/OPENAI_GPT55_RETIREMENT.md。本次相对 v0.2.16.4 未新增数据库迁移。
