YaadOS is a ready-to-import VirtualBox appliance styled as an early-2000s Indian cyber cafe arcade. It boots directly into the keyboard-driven YaadOS Arcade and includes the offline game library, Dial-Up Connect sequence, YaadMessenger, and Guestbook 2000.

This prerelease was imported into a fresh VM on the build host and passed boot, service, arcade, game-readiness, guestbook, and kiosk smoke checks. Cross-machine acceptance testing is still recommended before a public demo.
Download and reassemble
GitHub limits each release asset to less than 2 GiB, so the OVA is supplied as two raw parts. Download both parts into the same directory.
