This release improves the serialization utilities and refreshes the package documentation.

What's new

• Added a clearer public API for dycomutils.serialization using explicit exports via __all__
• Split serialization helpers into focused modules:
  • json.py
  • jsonl.py
  • pickle.py
  • text.py
• Added save_jsonl_append(loc, data) for appending a single JSON object to a JSONL file
  • creates the file automatically if it does not already exist
  • pairs naturally with load_jsonl_generator(loc) for streaming read/write workflows
