All updates fail when username contains a &

Steps to reproduce the issue

Updated UniGetUI to the latest version and since then I can't install any updates. I get 'C:\Users\Jelle' is not recognized as an internal or external command, while the username is Jelle&Hannes.

Honestly, I don't think Windows should allow special character usernames. I've seen it before - some of my family have ampersands in their username - and it's often caused me problems when trying to help them :).

If the OP has scoop or npm installed, I would be interested in seeing the output for one of those runs. Because NPM and Scoop as escaped with the new way the commands are run (escaped differently from the others, I believe), I wonder if ampersands might work in that scenario?

I'm experiencing a similar issue, in my case this is my profile path have "C:\Users\Name(Company)"

Resulting in an error such as:
'C:\Users\<part before special char>' is not recognized as an internal or external command...

Selecting the included/bundled WinGet solved my issue.

I can confirm that having a bracket ( in your username fails the elevator call during an update.

Exiting UniGetUI and starting it right from the start with admin rights avoids that issue. But that's a crude workaround I think.
