[BUG] Powershell modules always updates as User Scope

Please confirm these before moving forward

• I have searched for my issue and have not found a work-in-progress/duplicate/resolved issue.
• I have tested that this issue has not been fixed in the latest (beta or stable) release.
• I have checked the FAQ section for solutions.
• This issue is about a bug (if it is not, please use the correct template).

Describe your issue

Although powershell modules are found as AllUsers scope, the modules always get updated using UserScope resulting in updates never get past as new updates are always found and missing updates in the modules by other users'

Steps to reproduce the issue

Install modules under AllUsers scope and search for new updates. Updates get installed but always as currentuser scope

A new version of UnigetUI (2026.2.6.0) has just been released with a fix for this issue. Please update to the latest version and check whether the issue is still reproducible.

I'll close this issue for now. If the problem persists after updating, feel free to leave a comment here and I'll gladly take another look.
