Describe the improvement

I'd like a way to run a updated / installed package via UniGetUI.

For example via the right-click in the Installed Packages tab, via package details popup windows, and via the operations list's "..." menu.

Describe how this improvement could help users

Sometimes it's unclear where a package has been installed to or Windows' Start Menu doesn't cache the new program immediately so finding it can be a challenge. A way to launch the program from UniGetUI would be a way to get it running in such cases.
