[BUG] <bundle-file> parameter on cmd-line ignored

Describe your issue

Starting unigetui.exe from a windows command line with a ubundle-file parameter does nothing special.

The expected behavior per "https://github.com/Devolutions/UniGetUI/blob/main/docs/CLI.md#other-application-startup-parameters" is that it would "Load a valid bundle file into the Package Bundles page" (hopefully opening to that page, but that may be a feature for later).

It does not load the passed bundle file nor open to the bundles page. Instead, it opens to my configured page (updates) and has nothing in the bundles page at all.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Run unigetui.exe from a command line with a valid bundle-file parameter
