Changes since v1.0:

Fix: clear error messages for API failures (invalid key, insufficient credits, rate limits, upstream errors) instead of a cryptic decoding error
API key field always visible, with an indicator when the key comes from OPENROUTER_API_KEY
Remember API key on this Mac (stored in UserDefaults, deletable via toggle)
