Explanation about the task card

A task card shows the important information about a task in one place.

Example task

Category

The single text below the title gives additional information about the task. Example: Explanation

Deadline date

The calendar icon and date show the task's deadline. Example: 📅 2026-10-12. This means the task is scheduled for 12 October 2026.

Priority Indicator (🔴🟡🟢)

The colored dot on the right provides a quick visual indication about the importance of the task which is associated with the task, as its priority (High(🔴)/Medium(🟡)/Low(🟢)).

Three-Dot Menu

The (â‹®) menu contains additional actions for the task. you can use it to perform actions such as:

  • Edit the task
  • Delete the task

Color changes in (Border, complete circle and Deadline)

The color changes in this is the important feature that provides a visual indication of the task's state about its deadline.

  • Green border indicates the task has more that 4 days till the deadline
  • Orange border indicates the task has four or fewer days till the deadline
  • Red border indicates that deadline is today/passed.
  • Grey border indicates the task has no deadline
