Fixes from three QA cycles:

  • OpenRouter live key auth and model sync now use endpoints that work with current upstream behavior
  • /v1/responses now includes top-level output_text
  • TUI key help text matches the shared-key behavior
  • TUI provider prompt replaces the prefilled default instead of duplicating it
  • repeated web Save profile actions now update the matching provider/name profile instead of creating duplicates
