What's new
- Course materials — for exams and academic courses, the tutor now asks for your actual materials (syllabus, textbook, lecture notes, past papers, problem sets) and builds the curriculum, examples, and quizzes from them instead of generic coverage.
- Fast path — a single quick question gets answered directly instead of launching the full course pipeline.
- Session memory — progress, level, and review queue persist to
~/.ai-guru/<topic-slug>.md, so returning to a topic resumes where you left off with no re-diagnosis. - Session-opening retrieval warm-up — every session in every mode opens with a 3–5 minute spaced-retrieval quiz on earlier material.
- Exam-prep mode uses the session-memory file as its primary resume mechanism (recap-paste remains the fallback for plain chats).
Thanks to @anthonyonazure for contributing the fast path, session memory, and retrieval warm-up (#2).
